Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 2 days from the delivery date.

The product must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with the original Form

All exchange requests must be submitted through blankkrequests.com.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size or item isn’t available, you’ll receive an email to confirm or cancel the request.

Processing may take up to 5 business days after the returned item is received.
Refunds

Refunds are issued only for defective or damaged items.

You can try the product upon delivery , if it doesn’t fit, simply hand it back to the courier without paying shipping fees (we cover it).

Important Notes

Both exchanges and refunds require the original ticket or receipt.

Items that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted.

For Instapay payments, you must send your transaction proof and phone number via email to confirm your order , otherwise, it won’t be processed.
