Blankk Exchange & Refund Policy

At blankk, we aim to make sure you get what fits you best ,while keeping the process simple and fair for everyone.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 2 days from the delivery date.

  • The product must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with the original Form

  • All exchange requests must be submitted through blankkrequests.com.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

    • If the requested size or item isn’t available, you’ll receive an email to confirm or cancel the request.

  • Processing may take up to 5 business days after the returned item is received.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for defective or damaged items.

  • You can try the product upon delivery , if it doesn’t fit, simply hand it back to the courier without paying shipping fees (we cover it).

  • All refund requests must be submitted through blankkrequests.com.

  • Refunds may take up to 5 business days after inspection and approval.


Important Notes

  • Both exchanges and refunds require the original ticket or receipt.

  • Items that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted.

  • For Instapay payments, you must send your transaction proof and phone number via email to confirm your order , otherwise, it won’t be processed.
