Exchange & Store Credit Policy – Blankk

• Exchanges and store credit requests are accepted only if the original ticket is attached to the product.
• Requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
• All requests must be made only through: https://app.swaply.solutions/portal/blankk

Exchanges

• Exchanges take up to 7 days to be completed.
• An exchange fee of 80 EGP applies.

Store Credit

• Store credit is a balance issued to your account that can be used on any future Blankk order , it works like cash, but exclusively at Blankk.
• Store credit is issued after the item is returned to our warehouse.
• Return delivery to the warehouse may take up to 5 days.
• Store credit is processed when receiving the item.
• Store credit is issued excluding shipping fees.
